1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using HeyDrew (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to HeyDrew.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Description of the Service
HeyDrew provides general, impersonal research and educational information about US-listed stocks. The currently available paid product is Drew Plus. Drew Plus allows users to submit single-ticker research requests and choose supplemental research areas such as fundamentals, earnings, valuation, trend, news, risk, market context, and impersonal entry, exit, or timeline scenarios. Each result includes a primary research metric, a summary, the selected sections, evidence, sources, guardrails, and a classification of “Still good,” “Needs revalidation,” or “Bad.” These classifications and scenarios describe a research record only. They are not buy, sell, or hold instructions, recommendations, or solicitations of any kind.
The Service does not connect to brokerage accounts, determine suitability, place orders, manage portfolios, or exercise investment discretion of any kind.
The public Watch Drew account is a demonstration using Alpaca paper-trading infrastructure. Results shown through that account are hypothetical and do not represent real money, live execution, or actual trading performance.
Drew Premium is currently a product preview only. It cannot be purchased or used, and no functionality associated with it is currently available. Live brokerage control, financial-adviser functionality, portfolio management, and automated trading are not currently offered by HeyDrew. Any future release of Premium or a trading-related service will require separate agreements, disclosures, regulatory review, security controls, and user authorization before becoming available.
4. No Advice; No Special Relationship
HeyDrew does not provide personalized investment, financial, tax, legal, or accounting advice. Use of the Service does not create an investment-adviser, broker, fiduciary, attorney-client, or tax-adviser relationship between you and HeyDrew. Nothing provided through the Service is a recommendation, solicitation, suitability determination, or guarantee of any outcome.
5. Accounts and Security
Account authentication is provided using Supabase. You create an account with an email address and password. Email verification and authenticator-app two-factor authentication are available and you are encouraged to enable them. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must promptly report any suspected unauthorized access through the signed-in support tool or by emailing support@heydrew.io.
6. Subscriptions, Research Credits, and Payments
Paid features are processed through Stripe. Drew Plus costs $19 per month and renews monthly until canceled. It includes a monthly allocation of research credits rather than a fixed number of searches. Credit use varies with the selected research areas and the source discovery, verification, and processing work required for each fresh request. Selecting more areas can consume more credits. The dashboard displays remaining capacity as a percentage. Included credits reset each billing month and do not roll over. Fresh research becomes unavailable when the current credit balance is exhausted, even though previously saved records and eligible cached results may remain available. Optional research-credit packs may also be purchased. Purchased credits roll over for as long as you maintain an active paid account.
Research may be reused internally for up to seven days only when the verified security and selected research scope exactly match a stored record and new deterministic freshness and market checks pass at the time of your request. A valid cache reuse does not consume research credits. The shared research cache used for this purpose does not contain your identity. Your personal search history remains associated with your account separately from the shared cache.
Before research runs, HeyDrew verifies the official company name, ticker, exchange, Alpaca asset identifier, active status, and tradability. This identity check reduces security-selection ambiguity but does not guarantee data accuracy or make a result investment advice.

7. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems.
8. Risk Disclosure
Your use of the Service is subject to the Investment Risk Disclosure, which is incorporated into these Terms. You should read it carefully before relying on any information provided through the Service.
9. Disclaimers
The Service, including all research, data, analysis, classifications, and content, is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, except where such disclaimers are prohibited by applicable law.
Automated analysis, market data, news, filings, links, and validation checks may be delayed, incomplete, stale, unavailable, misunderstood, or wrong. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided through the Service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HeyDrew and its service providers are not liable for trading losses, investment losses, loss of principal, lost profits, lost opportunities, or consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or reliance on, the Service. This limitation does not apply where, and to the extent, prohibited by applicable law, and does not waive any consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.
11. Regulatory Status
These Terms and any disclaimer contained in them do not, by themselves, determine HeyDrew’s regulatory status. HeyDrew does not claim to be exempt from any applicable registration or regulatory requirement. These Terms describe only the current features and boundaries of the Service as offered today.
12. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service, including Drew Plus, at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violation of these Terms or for other reasonable business or legal reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time; account deletion alone does not cancel an active paid subscription. See the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
